Consultation
East Midlands Academy Trust is proposing for Culworth CEVA Primary Academy, Chacombe CEVA Primary Academy and Boddington C of E Primary Academy to join its community of schools.
EMAT have been supporting the three schools informally over the past few months. As part of its application to the Department for Education to formally welcome the schools into the trust, EMAT is launching a public consultation.
This new partnership will deliver real benefits for the schools, including investment in the buildings, quality education for the pupils and long-term stability for the schools. Should the application be approved, the schools are expected to formally join EMAT this autumn.
EMAT knows these schools have been through a prolonged period of uncertainty and is committed to providing the stability they need. This is an exciting opportunity to secure the long-term future of the schools, placing strong pupil outcomes and wellbeing as the key priority.
About East Midlands Academy Trust
EMAT is a medium-sized trust and currently has one all-through school, one secondary school and five primary schools across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. We have a proven track record of supporting schools to progress and improve, no matter what their starting point, building upon their existing strengths to further improve outcomes.
Our curriculum includes strong PSHE and religious education and we believe working together will help to strength this curriculum offer across the schools. Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do, and we strongly believe every child should be supported to achieve their very best.
